Flashforge Creator Pro: Discontinued, What Replaced It

The Creator Pro is discontinued. Flashforge’s Creator line is now the Creator 5 and Creator 5 Pro, and the Creator 5 is a completely different machine: 256 x 256 x 256 mm, a 320 degC nozzle, a 120 degC bed, 300 mm/s printing with 600 mm/s travel, 30,000 mm/s2 of acceleration, a 32 mm3/s flow rate and a built-in Full HD camera. If you wanted a Creator Pro for its dual extruders, note that modern multi-material is done differently now.
The Creator Pro was a sturdy enclosed dual-extruder machine that a lot of schools and workshops bought, and it lasted long enough to become a reference point. It is no longer sold, and the replacement is not an incremental update.

That materials list is the headline. PPS-CF and PET-CF on a Flashforge is a serious capability, and 320 degC with a 120 degC bed is what supports it. 30,000 mm/s2 also puts it above most of the 20,000 mm/s2 field.
If you wanted dual extruders
This is the real reason people search for the Creator Pro. Its two extruders on one carriage let you print two materials, which was rare and useful at the time.
Modern machines solve that problem three different ways, and it is worth knowing which you actually want. A filament changer feeds several spools into one hotend, which is cheap and good for colour but purges material at every change. A dual-nozzle machine such as the Bambu H2D keeps two materials loaded permanently with the nozzles held under 25 microns apart, so support material costs no purge. A tool changer such as the Prusa XL swaps the whole toolhead, up to five of them, so each material keeps its own temperature.

Buying a used Creator Pro
It is a well-built machine and parts existed in quantity, but expect a slow printer by current standards, an aging hotend pair, and a workflow from before automatic calibration was normal. Price it accordingly: for the same money a current single-extruder machine will print faster and better, and will handle more materials.
