Corrections, questions about something you have read here, or a note that a compatibility table is wrong — all welcome.
Corrections come first
If you have found an error, it goes to the front of the queue. Please include:
- The page address
- What we said, and what you found instead
- Your machine, firmware version and the material you were running, if the difference depends on them
Specifics let us verify and fix quickly. “One of your temperature tables is wrong” takes far longer to act on than “the PETG bed range on the drying page does not match what my P1S needs”.
Suggesting a topic
If you hit a problem and could not find the answer here, that is worth telling us. Include the exact wording you searched for — the phrasing people actually use is more useful than the technical name for the fault.
What we cannot help with
- Warranty claims. Those go to your printer manufacturer. We have no relationship with any of them.
- Remote diagnosis with no detail. “My printer is broken” is not something anyone can answer.
- Requests to add, review or link to a product. Products are chosen editorially and paid placement is not available at any price.
- Guest posts and link exchanges. We do not publish either.

Expect a few days rather than a few hours. This is not a support desk, and if your printer is down you will be better served by the manufacturer’s own channel.
