HMS 0300-2800-0001-0004 means the force sensor in the cutting module is not reporting properly, and Bambu names the likely reason: the force sensor cable may be disconnected. That is worth taking literally. This sensor measures how hard the cut is, and its cable lives on a moving assembly that people disturb during maintenance.
Affected machines: A2L and H2D. The cutting module trims filament during a tool change, and the printer watches the force to know whether the cut completed. Without that reading it cannot confirm the cut, so it stops rather than risk feeding an uncut strand into the hotend.

Cable first, then what the sensor is measuring
Check the cable exactly where the error points. Follow it from the cutting module to the board, looking for a connector that has worked loose and a section that has chafed where the assembly moves. A cable that is intermittent rather than broken produces a fault that comes and goes, which is the most annoying version of this.
Then look at the blade. A blunt or chipped blade needs far more force to part filament than a sharp one, and force readings well outside the expected range can be reported as a sensor problem rather than a cutting problem. Fitting a fresh blade is cheap and rules that out.
Finally clear the mechanism. A sliver of filament wedged behind the blade changes the force profile on every cut, and it is the easiest thing to miss because it is small and the same colour as everything else in there.

- Follow the force sensor cable from the cutting module and reseat its connector at both ends.
- Inspect the cable where it flexes for a crease, a kink or a chafed section.
- Clear filament fragments from the cutter mechanism with tweezers, working from the side.
- Inspect the blade edge under good light and fit a fresh one if it is rolled or chipped.
- Run a load and unload cycle and listen: a good cut is a single clean click rather than a crunch.
Keep spare blades on the shelf regardless. They cost a few dollars in packs, they are the consumable in this mechanism, and a fresh one removes a variable every time you diagnose anything around the cutter.
