Prusa sells five desktop printers: the MINI+ (180 mm cantilever), MK4S (250 × 210 × 220 mm open bedslinger), CORE One+ (250 × 220 × 270 mm enclosed CoreXY, 55 °C chamber), CORE One L+ (300 × 300 × 330 mm, 60 °C) and XL+ (360 mm cubed, 1 to 5 toolheads). All are open source, made in the EU or USA, and supported for years. The premium over Chinese printers buys repairability and support, not speed.

What the premium buys
Open hardware and firmware, printable spare parts, a decade of upgrade kits (MK3 to MK4 to MK4S to CORE One), and support staff who own the machines. What it does not buy is Bambu-level automation or the lowest price per litre; see Bambu vs Prusa for that trade.
Amazon and Prusa direct
Prusa sells direct and through a few resellers. Amazon US listings exist for the MK4S, CORE One and XL but are often marked up and sometimes grey imports; compare with prusa3d.com before buying.

The listings are the MK4S kit, the CORE One+ assembled and the XL assembled with one toolhead.
FAQ
Is the MK3S+ still sold? No; the MK4S replaced it, with an upgrade kit for owners.
