HMS 0C00-0300-0002-0011 means the high-precision nozzle offset calibration failed and asks you to recalibrate. Before you simply run it again, note that this routine measures the nozzle tip itself: material on the tip, a worn tip or a marked plate will defeat it every time you try.
Repeating a measurement without changing what it measures is the one approach guaranteed not to work.

Where to buy
Deal with the tip, not the routine
Any blob or skirt of material around the tip changes its apparent shape, and this routine is looking at exactly that shape. Clean it at temperature before trying again. The full case where material has built up is HMS 0C00-0300-0002-000E.
Then ask whether the nozzle is worn
Abrasive filament rounds and ovals a brass tip, and a rounded tip cannot give a precise offset however clean it is. A hardened steel nozzle is the lasting answer if you print carbon fibre or glow filament at all, and sizes and threads are in the Bambu Lab nozzle guide.
Use a wrench that fits the flats
If you are changing the nozzle, use a nozzle wrench or socket rather than pliers. A rounded nozzle flat on a hot assembly is a bad evening, and the tool costs less than the nozzle it protects.
Then look at the plate
This routine references the plate surface, so a gouged or heavily marked plate gives it a false datum. A textured plate in good condition is the right reference; a smooth plate with a worn patch is not. The surfaces are compared in smooth versus textured PEI.
Why HMS 0C00-0300-0002-0011 says high-precision
Because the tolerance is tighter than ordinary calibration, which is why it fails on conditions ordinary printing tolerates happily. A machine that prints acceptably can still fail this routine, and that is not a contradiction. Ordinary first-layer faults are collected in first layer problems.
If it fails on a clean new nozzle
Then the measurement side is suspect rather than the nozzle, and that is support territory. Say that the nozzle is new, the plate is unmarked and the tip was clean, because those three sentences remove most of their first questions.
HMS 0C00-0300-0002-0011 FAQ
Can I just skip it?
You can print, but multi-material alignment depends on this offset being right.
How many attempts are reasonable?
Two, with the tip cleaned between them. More than that is repeating a mistake.
Does nozzle brand matter?
Fit and tip geometry matter. A correctly made hardened nozzle is fine.
Could the plate really cause it?
Yes. A gouge under the measurement point is enough.
