HMS 0300-2500-0001-0007 means a high signal frequency was detected on the right extruder eddy current sensor, and names two causes: the sensor may be damaged, or the nozzle heat sink may be too close to it. Distance is the one you can measure, so measure it first.
An eddy current sensor reads metal nearby. Put metal nearer than intended and the reading climbs.

Where to buy
Measure the gap instead of judging it
A feeler gauge between the heat sink and the sensor face turns an argument into a number. Eyes are poor at tenths of a millimetre, and this fault lives exactly there.
Refit the assembly square
A heat sink pulled over by one tight fastener sits closer at one corner. Loosen, let it find its seat, then tighten evenly with a hex key set that actually fits, working across the pattern rather than round it.
Stop it creeping back
If the clearance closes up again after a few prints, blue medium-strength thread locker on those fasteners is the answer rather than more torque. Over-tightening into an aluminium boss is how a clearance fault becomes a stripped thread. The assembly it holds is described in the hotend guide.
Then rerun the calibration
Changing the gap invalidates the stored offsets, so run the routine once the mechanics are right. Doing it the other way round stores the fault. The general sequence is in calibrating a 3D printer.
How HMS 0300-2500-0001-0007 differs from low sensitivity
Too far away gives HMS 0300-2500-0001-0002 and points at the nozzle installation. Too close gives this one and points at the heat sink. The direction in the message is the diagnosis.
The left-hand twin
On the left extruder the same complaint is HMS 0300-2600-0001-0007, which adds a second possibility: a loose sensor. Check both sides if you have had the toolhead apart.
HMS 0300-2500-0001-0007 FAQ
How close is too close?
Closer than the documented clearance. Measure rather than estimate.
Can I bend the bracket?
No. Refit it square; a bent bracket moves again under heat.
Does it damage the sensor?
Not usually, but it makes every reading from it useless.
Why both causes in one message?
Because a damaged sensor and a too-near target look the same in the data.
