Sovol sells open-source, value-priced printers for people who tune. Current: SV08 (350 mm Voron-derived CoreXY), SV08 Max (500 mm), SV06 ACE and SV06 Plus ACE (Klipper bedslingers) and the Zero (compact enclosed CoreXY, 152 mm, very fast). SV01, SV02, SV03 and the IDEX SV04 are legacy. Only the SV08 and SV08 Max are on Amazon US.

What Sovol is and is not

Open source, Klipper, value pricing, and an expectation that the owner will tune, flash and fix. Support is community-heavy. If that describes you, the SV08 is one of the best buys in the hobby; see SV08 upgrades. If it does not, buy a Bambu or Creality with a support line.
