HMS 0300-C300-0001-0001 means the current sensing on the chamber temperature switching flap drive has gone abnormal, and Bambu names two causes: an open circuit, or a hardware failure. That current reading is how the printer knows the flap actually moved rather than just being told to, which is why losing it stops the machine using the flap at all.
Affected machines: H2 and X2D. The flap has a small motor, and the printer watches its current to confirm movement and to detect a jam. This code is about the watching, not about the flap and not about the motor.

Separate the mechanism from the measurement
Move the flap by hand with the machine off. If it swings freely through its full travel and returns, the mechanism is fine and you can stop suspecting it. That takes thirty seconds and removes the most common cause of every other flap code from consideration.
Then check the wiring. An open circuit in the drive loom produces this reading directly, and the loom runs alongside a moving assembly where chafing is plausible. Reseat both ends and inspect the run with a torch.
If the flap moves freely and the wiring is sound, what remains is the sensing hardware on the board. There is no flap drive module to buy, so this is where the diagnosis ends for a home repair and a support ticket begins.

- Power off at the wall and let the chamber cool before reaching inside.
- Move the flap by hand through its full travel to confirm the mechanism is free.
- Reseat the flap actuator connector at both ends and inspect the loom for chafing.
- Measure continuity along the drive loom if you can reach both ends safely.
- Power up and watch the start-up self-test, which is when this check runs.
- If the mechanism is free and the wiring is sound, record the code and raise a support ticket.
Until it is fixed, treat the chamber as fixed in whatever state the flap is in and choose materials accordingly. That keeps the machine useful without pretending the fault is not there.
