HMS 0300-C200-0001-0002 means the Hall sensor that reports the filter switch flap’s position has stopped answering, and Bambu points at the wiring. The distinction worth holding on to is that the flap may be moving perfectly. What has failed is the printer’s ability to confirm where it ended up, and a machine that cannot confirm a safety-relevant position stops rather than guesses.
Affected machines: H2 and P2S. A Hall sensor detects a magnet on the moving part, so there is no contact to wear and very little to fail in the sensor itself. That is precisely why the wiring is the first suspect rather than the last.

Wiring, magnet, then sensor
Start at the connector. This sensor sits on an assembly that moves and lives in a dusty air path, so a plug that has worked loose or a pin that has backed out of its housing is the most likely explanation by a wide margin.
Then the magnet. Hall sensors need the magnet to pass within a small distance, and a magnet that has come adrift from the flap, or a flap that no longer reaches its end stop because it is binding, produces a sensor that reports nothing while being perfectly healthy.
Only then the sensor. If the wiring is sound, the magnet is present and the flap reaches both ends of its travel, the sensor or its board is what remains. Neither is a retail part on these machines, so that is a ticket rather than a purchase.

Loose or damaged wiring, a displaced magnet, or a flap not reaching its end stop
- Power off at the wall and let the chamber cool.
- Find the Hall sensor on the filter flap assembly and reseat its connector at both ends.
- Follow the loom for a chafed section where it passes the moving assembly.
- Move the flap by hand and confirm it reaches both ends of its travel, since a binding flap never reaches the sensor.
- Check that the magnet on the flap is still present and secure.
- Power up and watch the flap during the start-up self-test, which is when the position check runs.
If the flap binds, fix that first and retest. A sensor reporting nothing because the magnet never arrives is indistinguishable from a failed sensor until you free the mechanism.
