HMS 0300-9100-0001-000E means a power supply voltage mismatch with the machine was detected and chamber heater 1 has been disabled. The printer measured its own supply, decided the heater cannot run safely on it, and turned that one thing off while leaving everything else working.
Chamber heaters are the most power-hungry part of the machine, and some are specified for a 230 V supply only. On 120 V they would never reach temperature and would load the circuit trying.

Where to buy
Confirm the outlet is wired as you think
A receptacle tester plugged into the socket shows an open ground or a reversed neutral in one second. Those faults also make a machine read its supply oddly, and they are worth excluding before anything else.
Measure the voltage under load
A true-RMS multimeter at the socket while the printer is heating shows what the machine actually sees. A supply that reads fine idle and sags under load is a different problem from a supply that is simply the wrong nominal voltage.
Stop sharing the circuit through thin cable
If the machine is on an extension lead, a 12 gauge heavy-duty cord removes several volts of drop that a thin lead introduces. On a long run to a garage that alone can move a borderline reading back inside the window.
Then accept the answer if it is regional
If your supply is nominally 120 V and the heater wants 230 V, no accessory fixes that: the heater stays disabled and the rest of the machine works. Printing ABS in that situation means a passive enclosure instead.
How HMS 0300-9100-0001-000E differs from a heater fault
A shorted element is HMS 0300-9100-0001-0001. This code is a healthy heater being refused permission, which is why nothing needs replacing.
When the mains interrupts a print instead
A print that stops and will not pick up again is HMS 0500-0400-0001-0006. The machine and its power requirements are in the Bambu Lab H2D and chamber options in enclosures.
HMS 0300-9100-0001-000E FAQ
Can I use a voltage converter?
For a heater of this size, that is not a sensible path.
Does it stop printing?
No. Only the chamber heater is disabled.
Why did it appear suddenly?
Often a move, a new socket, or a supply that has drifted.
Will it clear itself?
Yes, if the supply comes back inside the expected range.
Not every message is a fault. HMS 07FE-7000-0002-0003 means filament runout was detected in the extruder, and the only real question is whether it truly ran out or simply stopped arriving.
