HMS 0300-9100-0001-000C means chamber heater 1 has been working at full load for a long time and the temperature control system may be abnormal. Nothing has broken: the heater is doing its job and never reaching the setpoint, and the question is why.
There are only two explanations. Either the chamber is losing heat as fast as the heater adds it, or the sensor telling the controller how hot it is reading low.

Where to buy
Look at where the heat is going
A thermal camera makes this a two-minute job instead of a guess. Point it at a chamber that has been up to temperature for half an hour and the gaps show up as bright lines around the door and the panel joints.
Record the chamber, do not watch it
A temperature data logger left inside through a full print shows whether the chamber climbs and holds or climbs and sags. A sag that tracks the room cooling overnight is insulation; a flat line well below setpoint is the sensor.
Close the gaps you found
Self-adhesive foam seal tape along the door edge is the cheapest real improvement available to a heated chamber. On a machine in a cool workshop it can be the difference between reaching setpoint and this message.
Then compare two numbers
Put your own logger next to the machine sensor and compare them. If they disagree by more than a couple of degrees, the control loop is being lied to and no amount of sealing will fix it.
How HMS 0300-9100-0001-000C differs from a short
A shorted element is HMS 0300-9100-0001-0001, which is a fault. This code is a working heater reporting an unwinnable situation.
When the chamber module itself fails
Chamber control failing outright is HMS 0500-0300-0001-0023. Chamber temperature and materials are covered in enclosures and ASA warping.
HMS 0300-9100-0001-000C FAQ
Is it dangerous?
No, but a heater at full load forever is worth understanding.
Does room temperature matter?
A great deal. A cold garage is the usual explanation.
Should I raise the setpoint?
No. It is already not reaching the one you set.
Which sensor is it using?
The chamber sensor, which has its own codes if it fails.
Conditions outside the machine cause faults inside it. HMS 07FE-6000-0002-0001 means the external spool may be tangled or jammed, and brittle filament from poor storage is most of what gets called a tangle.
