HMS 0700-2000-0002-0015 means the AMS A slot 1 filament status is abnormal, which may be due to a filament breakage inside the AMS. A fragment left inside the unit will block the slot until it is removed, so this is a retrieval job before it is anything else.
Filament that snaps inside an enclosed unit nearly always snapped because it had gone brittle, which tells you what to fix afterwards.

Where to buy
Get the fragment out
A long hook and pick set reaches into the slot and draws a stub back the way it came. Pushing it forwards sends it somewhere harder to reach, which turns a ten-minute job into a strip-down.
Look before you fish
A thin inspection camera shows you where the piece actually is and which way round it sits. Blind picking inside an AMS is how people scratch a sensor face they then have to explain.
Fix the cause, which is usually moisture
PLA that has absorbed water goes brittle and snaps at the first tight radius. Once the slot is clear, dry the spool before reloading it or you will be back here tomorrow with a shorter reel.
Or change to a material that tolerates it
If the same reel keeps snapping, PETG is considerably less brittle than aged PLA and survives the bends in an AMS path far better. That is a choice worth making rather than fighting the symptom.
How HMS 0700-2000-0002-0015 differs from a broken tube
If the tube rather than the filament has failed, the code is HMS 0700-2000-0002-0023. Reading which one broke saves you looking in the wrong place entirely.
When the filament is chewed rather than snapped
A slipping assist motor grinds a flat on the filament and reports HMS 0700-2000-0002-0016. Brittleness and its cure are covered in drying filament.
HMS 0700-2000-0002-0015 FAQ
Where does it usually break?
At a bend, and most often just past the feeder.
Can I print until I get it out?
Not from that slot. Others are unaffected.
Why does old PLA snap?
Absorbed moisture makes it brittle. Drying restores most of it.
Should I cut the end back?
Yes, well past the brittle section, then reload.
