HMS 0700-2000-0002-0022 means the AMS A Slot 1 assist motor stalled because of excessive resistance in the tube between the filament buffer and the toolhead. Bambu uses exactly the same wording for 0021, so if you are comparing the two codes looking for a difference, there is not one in the text.
Two numbers for one described condition usually means the firmware distinguishes something it does not tell you about: a different detection route, or a different stage of the same move. Either way, the tube you check is the same tube.

Where to buy
Clean the bore rather than replacing it first
A 3 mm chenille pipe cleaner passes straight down a 4 mm bore and pulls the ground-in dust out of a tube that still has plenty of life in it. On a segment this short it takes a minute, and it is worth doing before you cut a new length.
Measure the bore, do not assume it
A digital micrometer on a tube end gives you the real wall thickness and bore to a hundredth, which is the only way to tell two similar-looking tubes apart. Mixed stock in a drawer is how a tight bore ends up where a free one was needed.
Cut the replacement square
If the bore is past saving, a plastic tubing cutter gives a flat face in one squeeze where side cutters leave an oval. That end has to seat fully in the collet, and a chamfered one never does.
Then treat it exactly as you would 0021
Same segment, same checks: the fold point, the length, the entry at each end. Do not spend time looking for a subtlety the message does not describe. The layout of that run is in the AMS hub guide.
How HMS 0700-2000-0002-0022 pairs with 0021
They are reported for the same stretch, and HMS 0700-2000-0002-0021 carries the same instruction. Seeing both over a few days is a stronger signal than seeing either once.
When the whole path is simply too tight
A general complaint rather than a segment is HMS 0700-2000-0002-0025, which names the spool and the tube length together. The unit itself is covered in printers with an AMS.
HMS 0700-2000-0002-0022 FAQ
Is this a firmware bug?
No. Two codes can describe one condition detected in two places.
Should I report it differently to support?
Quote the number you actually saw. They can tell them apart.
Which do I fix first if I see both?
Neither first. It is one tube; fix the tube.
Does cleaning really help?
On a dusty bore, measurably. Try it before cutting new tube.
Not every message is a fault. HMS 0500-0300-0001-0024 means the temperature is too low and printing is blocked, which is the machine protecting itself from a cold room.
